Standard

Thinks of this as your routine upkeep. If your home is already in good shape and just needs a regular reset, our 35-point Standard Clean covers all core living areas. We sanitize touchpoints, dust flat surfaces, clean kitchen counters and exterior appliances, scrub sinks and toilets, and vacuum/mop visible floor areas. It’s the ultimate time-saver for keeping your home consistently clean week after week.

Best for: Homes on a weekly or every-other-week rhythm, or a one-time tidy of a reasonably kept house.

Deep

This is a full reset for your space. Over time, dust settles on high fixtures and grime builds up on baseboards, doors, and grout lines. Our 45-point Deep Clean targets these overlooked detail areas. We hand-wash baseboards and door frames, hand-wipe ceiling fans, light fixtures, and air vents, scrub away hard water and grout stains in showers, and vacuum under heavy furniture. We typically recommend starting with a Deep Clean so we can bring your home up to a pristine baseline before transitioning to routine Standard Cleans.

Best for: A first clean with Liora, a home that has gone several months, or a thorough one-time reset.

Move-in / Move-out

A Move-In / Move-Out Clean is our most comprehensive service, specifically tailored for empty homes transitioning between owners or tenants. Unlike routine cleaning, this service focuses heavily on the inside of empty spaces that are normally covered or occupied.

Best for: Moving in, moving out, or turning a vacant house over.

Vacation rental

Our Vacation Rental Turnover Clean is built specifically for Airbnb and VRBO hosts to secure 5-star reviews. Along with full property cleaning and disinfection, it includes linen laundering, guest supply restocking, fridge resets, and property staging.
